Introduce e-invoicing in Germany

Since 2025, companies in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices. From 2027, companies with more than €800,000 turnover in the previous year must also issue them, from 2028 all companies. We change your processes over in good time.

How we change over

  1. Review

How are your invoices created today, how do incoming invoices arrive?

  2. Software

An update of your existing program or a suitable new one.

  3. Set up receiving

An inbox that makes e-invoices readable and passes them to the bookkeeping.

  4. Test sending

A trial with selected customers, then the changeover for all.

Price

Fixed price after a short review. Included are software selection, setup of receiving and sending, a test with customers and a short training session. Net, plus VAT.

Frequently asked questions on e-invoicing

Do I need new software?

Often not. Many invoicing programs can create e-invoices after an update. We check this first.

What applies to small businesses under the small business scheme?

They must be able to receive e-invoices. An exemption applies to issuing them.

How do I read an XRechnung?

With a viewer or directly in the bookkeeping software. We set it up so that you see the invoice as usual.
