- A dedicated GKM bookkeeper is scheduled for your company, with cover from our team.
- Work is done digitally from home, in DATEV or in your system via secure access.
- We agree tasks and priorities with you every month. GKM organises the work.
- When needed, the bookkeeper comes to you, looks at processes on site and clarifies questions with your team.
- Every month you receive a short report on completed tasks and hours used.

Price
from €2,000 a month
The price depends on the number of hours, the systems and the share of on-site appointments. Anything from a few hours a week to full time is possible. The larger the contingent, the lower the hourly rate. Net, plus VAT.

You discuss tasks and priorities with us. The bookkeeper remains employed by GKM and is managed, covered and professionally supported by us.
Can the bookkeeper work in our system?
Yes, via secure access. Whether DATEV, Lexware or your own system, we clarify this in advance.
How quickly can you start?
After a meeting and access to your systems, usually within two weeks.
What about tax returns and annual accounts?
These remain with your tax advisor or one of our partner tax advisors. We deliver the booked figures.
